Great Toolset For Remote Working Teams

I especially like how easy it is for our team members who are in different locations around the world (iPad/mobile)to access all of this data when they need help solving an issue from home! Nothing yet but we have only been using since early July '17 so there has not really been enough time to use everything out tool set within their platform. Stay connected no Matter where You Are!! We're able solve issues before customers even realize something went wrong if one person can't get online due…

Very useful tool and great support team

It was easy for me as an account manager who has very little technical knowledge of how it works in terms of analytics but only needed insight into what our customer's were doing within their inboxes (both incoming & outgoing). I don't think there is anything they can do currently if my user isn&#039t logged onto Outlook when he receives emails from us which means we need something else like email signatures/ popups etc - this would be ideal so users are not just logging off! They help measure

  • The product helps you understand exactly at glance, via graphs or table views
  • Easy access by different departmental managers without needing training specificly
  • Ease of use with basic Excel skills required
Cons
  • Zero

The platform is easy for me as an admin user who used it daily in my capacity of VP Demand Generation/Email Product Manager role within our business unit. With this tool we can monitor every action performed by users which was helpful when reviewing performance reports during monthly reviews meetings etc! Nothing I disliked about inbox insight so far but some suggestions are made from time to time regarding improvements needed - hence they get implemented soon after making them available…

Pros
  • I personally did find everything clear enough, no need extra training or tutorials provided along with product itself
  • Good analytics insights especially related reporting features were good too!!!No complaints here at least till now
