KINETIK is very professional in their approach to customer service as well as project implementation.

I have never had any problems with them; they are always responsive when it comes time do implement something new or improve an existing system we use daily! We love that all of our users can access things from anywhere using mobile devices (I know some companies limit this). There really isn't anything else about KINTICP which could be improved upon at present! Our organization has realized how important information retention/retrieval becomes over longer periods since implementing MOBISYS via KBiTICS - This makes keeping track much easier than having several folders full off documents just lying around somewhere!!
