Our website was not mobile responsive, had too many elements, images were oversized and just looked messy.

Our website was not mobile responsive, had too many elements, images were oversized and just looked messy. BAASS has now implemented a new theme and added mobile responsiveness to our site and it is great! Our site has loads of content and images and looks beautiful on mobile devices. Our visitors are now more likely to stay on our site rather than move to another website. Our business card template is now the best looking and most user friendly out of all of the templates we tried. The overall

  • Our website looks beautiful on both desktop and mobile devices.
  • The new mobile responsive layout is really nice on smaller phones and tablets.
  • Our design template looks amazing and is so easy to edit.
Cons
  • Website takes a while to load because of the amount of pages we have.
  • Website has too many elements that could be condensed to make the website easier to navigate.
  • Not everyone knows how to use WordPress and how to install plugins and themes.

  • They go above and beyond the call of duty, and we always feel safe knowing our calls will be answered promptly by a knowledgeable representative.
  • We also enjoy being able to customize the integration so it works best for each individual business need.
  • If there’s a new feature we want, we can add it as easily as changing a variable in a database

  • There are many options and settings that must be configured, so make sure you know what you are doing before you begin.
  • The BAASS customer service team is very helpful, but you may find that they are not able to assist you in this regard.
