I just had the opportunity to place my mother's ashes in the urn of the Tree of Life Necklace. Although there is a lot of glitter and beauty in the charm, the design was terrible. I thought I could put my mother's ashes in the "Heart" area and fill it in. No, I was terribly mistaken. The ashes are only placed in the metal plate, just below where you screw the amulet to the chain. I'm very disappointed and sad that I couldn't put more of my mother's ashes in the amulet. Keep in mind that this is not a real urn necklace. It is too late to return, but I would like to warn others not to purchase this item. I decided to put more of my mom's ashes in ziplock bags to give out during our family vacation this year. So sad! I wanted something more and was shocked by this product. Attention buyers!
