They are very nice and working. These are not typical clamps. Get the item you want to pinch. Place the tip of the clip just below the top of the item. Bend the clip away from the object so the orange part is now above the object's plane, and rotate the clip over the object to be clamped. Lower the clamp onto the object. The lateral spring effect of the gray bar holds the item. It works but isn't intuitive and isn't the tightest clamp in the shop.
