I highly recommend this even if you only spray "once in a while". That really makes the job more fun. One last thing to note: MAKE SURE the glass nozzle is always pointing in the right direction! While this grip holds the can firmly in place, it is made of durable plastic and can tend to cause the cans to move slightly with vigorous use. Keep that in mind and don't shake the jar and you're going to fucking love this thing!
