Maybe this will help someone: At first I was spraying it directly onto my hair, but that resulted in an uneven, kind of gummy mess with too much of the product in some places. This works for me: Dry hair with hair dryer up to the point where you're ready to start styling it with a round brush. (Dry it with your head upside-down if you really need volume.) THEN spray some onto your hands and work through your hair. It doesn't take much! Try to get it near the scalp as you work it in, but an all-over LIGHT coverage is good. Then, using the round brush with plenty of heat, style your hair. It's amazing stuff, once you get the amount that's right for your hair. And one bottle will last a long time, so try to look past the price.
