This thing is amazing! All my stress falls on my neck and shoulders causing severe headaches. This massager is easy to adjust and works great. The knotted parts are made of rubber/silicone-like material. So they are firm but soft enough not to hurt. The blue part of the handle is made of flexible plastic. This way you can get to the right places on the neck and untie the knots. I am a 5 foot female and weigh 130 pounds. I had no problem adjusting to how small I am. I'm sure the same would apply to anyone taller than me. The illustrations show the various controller settings. I also attached a photo where you have to click to rotate the knobs. For your health!
