Review on 100Pcs Disposable Sterile Tattoo Needles Personal Care by Sara Mahoney

they don't like doing that

Just to assess here, testimonials (ha): I've spent over 75 hours under the tattoo machine, full sleeve, almost half a sleeve, most of my front body is done and four large tattoos on my legs. Only the worst/rudest tattoo artist will ever tell you if you don't tip, but EVERYONE expects it. This is the industry standard and my experience is from across the country, having worked with several nationally recognized artists and knowing many others personally. (No, this is NOT a regional definition.) To support what Stephanie said and to disagree with Paul, who is far from it with most of his comments, yes, tattoo artists prefer cash. If you pay on credit, you must report this to your taxes. Which they generalize about, but usually don't like to do. One of my good friends who has been tattooing for about 15 years didn't even have a bank account for the first 6 years. Also, $200 an hour is a bit pricey. $150 is more standard unless you're going to someone particularly famous. Gunnar, for example, who did a half sleeve for me in 2003, currently charges around $250 an hour and is one of the most famous artists in the US. So if you're paying $200 an hour, I hope the artist in question is on par with national fame/reputation.
