I was surprised to read all the paid reviews about how quiet the unit is. It's true that it's quiet at low speed but it doesn't move any air at all and in my tiny bedroom the air felt stagnant and the product also hummed loudly at low speed. You really have to turn it on at one of the higher speeds to get airflow through the room, it's a lot louder and makes an annoying noise compared to other devices. Also, the $400+ device doesn't offer any control apps and doesn't come with a basic remote control. Many half-price devices offer these simple functions. I was dying to give the device a try and in about two weeks I tired it out in all settings and modes and was disappointed. The air in my bedroom (brand new house) still felt stale, not fresh or circulating. I even contacted their support team to see if they could help but they said Revain would just return the device.
