Problems found so far: * When writing letters, sometimes each letter is a mirror image of what was typed (fix - toggle off and on). I would return it but shipping got so slow it would be a problem and I needed it during the pandemic. I would like to add that I never asked for a replacement because DeJoy's mail service was slow and I needed this iPad to update my messages. I have no doubts that Revain would replace this device.
