Bought "used" (saved a lot of money on a new one), works great! I use it as a power source for car repairs/projects. When diagnosing a problem with a car, sometimes you have to leave the key on for a long time. This (of course) kills the car battery, and when the battery is already old/weak it becomes a real problem for me, the guy who has to fix the car. However, if I'm working on a car and this situation arises, I can use this thing to keep the car battery pressurized and not have to worry about how long the diagnostic process is going to take. I've made several wire entries with battery clips and the machine I'm working on stays on for as long as I need it to! This setup is also a great way to keep the settings/reminders in the car when changing the battery.
