This product lives up to the many reviews it has. It is well made, very quiet and available in a variety of models that vary in features and size. Static pressure and airflow to name a few. I recommend all fans from Noctua. The downside is that they are expensive. Buying a pair pretty much takes care of that $50 bill burning in your pocket. I would recommend them if you have a need, but I will also recommend some of these that will also get the job done but come in packs of 2, 3 and even 4, sometimes half the price. I found some that weren't over the top, but were quiet, simple, and reliable. For my newly built and expensive processor I went with one of these to ensure I had RPM performance and smoothness beyond what is likely to be needed so it was a good choice. At 1500 rpm it makes noise, not quiet, but not loud either. It is tolerable and pushes good airflow.
