confusing instructions; Doesn't work

I've been having some issues with my toilet and have been using different types of plungers, augers and even some weird Korean devices that require me to fill a bowl, put plastic on the bowl and then flush again. None of them worked. So I figured a little air pressure might work. It did not work. Not only did it not work, but it was also very difficult to use as the instructions were confusing. It comes with something that creates pressure, and then has four attachments for different uses: a toilet, a sink, a bath pot, and a shower drain. There is also a base that you must use to inflate the device before switching to attachments. This base is quite difficult to remove once you have inflated it to the desired pressure. I feel like I'll break something if I try to remove it. As soon as I took the toilet seat off and put it back on I realized how difficult it was to get the cleaner down the toilet opening and I had to grab my hand to guide it down the toilet opening. I probably don't need to tell you how gross it is to put your hand in extra toilet water. What was easy was using the cleanser. Just press the big red button. Only when I press the big red button did the nozzle disengage and with that the air only came out of the bowl, not into the toilet. I figured I was doing something wrong and went back to the manual. It wasn't help. One of the steps was to "push the knife into the rubber thing". rubber thing? Not much help. I went back to the Amazon site, watched the video and realized I was missing a connector. So I tried again this time, but this time I connected the plug. Then I pressed the big red button, this time the "rubber thing" stayed on, but after about a second the bowl just blew air out and the bowl still wasn't flushing properly. I thought it might take a few minutes. but the thought of taking the 'rubber' soaked in eau de toilette so I can reattach the inflatable base, inflate the cleaner and remove the base so I can reattach the 'rubber'. , and dipped his hand back into the eau de toilette to pop it in his mouth, just hoping it might work too awkwardly this time. Maybe I'll try again later, but after the first use I'm just really disappointed with it.
