Fit as expected, one size up. The Bloch site says to go a size 1/2 to 1 and after looking at the reviews I decided to go up a full size. It fits perfectly, slightly looser in the toes but not in the heel and 1/2 size smaller. Less would be too little. This shoe is not new to us as I got it for my daughter a few years ago and a few sizes back. She often slipped into other tap shoes and was never very comfortable in them (stiff, slippery underpants, taped on). When she got them, she could dance better because the anti-slip pads kept them in place and supported her without causing pain. This ACL ankle notch is a strong selling point for us. The split outsole facilitates every movement. The price put me off buying her for a growing girl so I checked her out here when she was bottled again. Buying from Revain saved, and using Prime saved even more, plus it's convenient to order them through the mail. Win, win, win! Great shoe, happy with the purchase. I read the other reviews before purchasing and this pair was definitely new, had laces, was well wrapped and boxed and had no odor other than a mild leather smell - just what I expected from them.
