Although the resistor itself is excellently made and even has a screw hole, do I have to deduct a star for the poor choice of wire insulation? Insulation on the cable? In 2020 I highly recommend you use heat shrink tubing around that cloth sleeve as they are known to not last forever and the last thing you want is for the damn thing to short circuit you. I would also recommend installing two loads only on the front turn signals, as the heat is better dissipated under the hood. The resistors themselves get very hot. I got pretty burned trying to fix a pigtail connection because I touched a resistor. So maybe don't put it in the trunk where it could lie under carpet or rub against plastic parts.
