Review on phoenixNAP Data Security Cloud by Loren Schmidt

I like the dashboard feature where you can see what devices are connected to your network. I haven't used it yet but i'm sure its great! The software is easy to configure and use once you get the hang of it. We had an issue with one of our employees unplugging his phone, this caused a lot of problems in our system. Phoenix helped us fix this problem very quickly and efficiently. I really like how they were able to solve our problem without needing any additional equipment or support from us. They have a very good customer service department. As i said earlier, we did not use phoenix for anything that required technical knowledge, they just helped us out. But when we needed some help, their customer service was excellent. They helped us set up our email spam filters so that we could stop certain emails from reaching our customers. I like the fact that i can keep track of data in my computer and the backups are always up to date. I haven't gotten any technical issues with the program. I've used this program for many years now and have never had any problems. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to keep track of files. I'm able to organize my files and keep them safe with phoenixNAP Data Security Cloud.
