The box was wrapped with Passed Quality Control tape which could not be removed without destroying the identification tag. It wouldn't have been so bad if QC had done its job - three bits out of 10 were broken but there was only one fragment in the case, which tells me at least two bits were broken when QC was put on the case. .Edit: The seller refunded 30% of the purchase price very promptly (because 3 out of 10 were broken), so I increased my rating. After using the bits I will adjust them again when my experience warrants it.
