They seemed to fit perfectly when I opened them up and put them on. They are comfortable and supportive. However, the bracelet wears out after two weeks of daily use. The back attaches with a strap through a ring and folds over to attach to itself with velcro. Where the tape passes through the rectangular metal ring, it wears down to the backing material! I will definitely not get my money's worth with these shoes. They replaced a set I wore every day for about seven years. They don't last that long!
