Ok, but for some reason it never synced properly. Every time I go to the app it seems like it goes through the "register your device" process again. It doesn't sync your calories you input from the device, nor with other input apps (I've tried My Fitness Pal and Apple Health). It vibrates periodically to remind you to move, but when it turns off it doesn't automatically sync with your phone to record the updated time and date. You must do this EVERY TIME the battery dies. Also, it accidentally unpaired my phone. It beeps to remind you to pair via Bluetooth when it disconnects, and it's relentless. Also, it doesn't recognize "quiet hours" well - you can set one in your app to let them know you sleep from 10 to 7 and you don't need to be reminded to move, but when it does Disconnects or resets, it doesn't care if it hums if it "thinks" it's out of range. If the features were working properly, this would be a decent piece of fitness equipment. It beeps to wake you up, sticks to the intervals you set (you can set it to every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or not at all if you like), and lets you set your own step goals rather than allowing one have based on the input that the manufacturers decide. In fact, the best thing about it is that the battery lasted about 5-7 days. I ended up giving it to my teenage nephew who just wanted a pedometer because that's all you need for accurate reports after all.
