I don't think the product is bad, but it is definitely overpriced. Overall, the materials looked, felt, and presented themselves as fairly basic. I don't think they are any more glamorous than buying something like this from a hardware store. Chrome looks very nice in pictures, but it doesn't look that good in real life. Poles are hollow and thin. It didn't seem secure enough to hang heavy objects on and I didn't want to risk the rods bending or breaking so I replaced the rods with a curtain rod I no longer used from Walmart which was very cheap and feels more reliable than bars. Take all of this with a grain of salt. I left the poles for a week, but after I started hanging heavier jackets and more clothes, the pole became less stable and sagged a bit. It never broke for me, but who knows if I hung more stuff. I would say save your money. If you went to a real hardware store, you can buy similar materials for $ 10-25.
