I have had and used various cleaners before (including cleaners, Y cleaners/straw cleaners) but always end up using my branded OXO cleaners. The grip is damn comfortable and the blade stays sharp even after use on sugar cane, Japanese squash, and squash. However, I would not recommend peeling them. But for fruits like mango these knives are fantastic, love them. Conclusion: I can warmly recommend this two-piece set. They are comfortable and I can peel potatoes for hours. Well, it's not really for hours, but I can peel enough. Pros: + THICC grip and great for my hands and wrist + Sharp + Hinge doesn't fight you. Cons: - Can't think of anything to be honest
