I gave it 4 stars but.
The tube that goes inside you is pretty big and long! You better not be squeamish about that. I had bought one of the smaller ones from amazon, it did a good job but just didn't get deep enough, this one does! Oh one other thing, the reason I didn't give it the 5th star is that the holes coming from the sides, where the water comes out, kinda scrapes you inside when you pull it out. Doesn't bother me too much but my be unpleasant to someone else.
