I bought this for a FLIR sensor and the feature worked great. I have a problem with the battery and the company about it. I had to buy at least half a dozen charging cables for this phone because they just stopped working. I've never had a phone that could go from a full charge to zero in a couple of hours without launching an app. I've already performed a factory reset twice and twice I've had to reinstall my apps. Today I checked and had 35% battery left, I surfed Amazon, put my phone away and when I picked it up it was dead. Still haven't managed to get this phone. it was about 4 hours ago, i even went to the car, connected it to the short cord that came with the phone and drove for half an hour to charge it, it never went above 6% and that is in flight mode! I got home, took it in to charge and after a few minutes when I went in and plugged in the cord it was dead. I could write on and on about the frustration this device has caused me. So I wrote to Cat Phone Support a few weeks ago and explained the situation in great detail. I received what appeared to be a standard email asking me to charge the phone to 100% and fully discharge it twice. And if that doesn't help, then do a factory reset again! When a company that knows they have a battery problem does something like this instead of just telling you how to return the phone and get a product that actually works, they're telling me that they probably didn't fix the problem or that it did he doesn't care . their customers. Now I've received another email from support, but since it was in Spanish I have no idea what it said. To be honest I liked the phone when it worked but it's been going for months now and I have too much without a phone for something in this price range. I'm going back to Samsung. I can take it back to the store if it stops, you can't.
