I have a medium sized boxer around 60 pounds. She has a 33" chest, so I ordered 7XL (the largest size I can find, which is never big enough). This length is perfect, but the chest is better suited for a dog with a chest between 30 and 32 inches. The top button opens when walking and is a bit tight otherwise. The quality is good and it keeps you warm on cold days when you go out, which is why I bought it. She catches cold easily. It is very difficult to find a good jacket. for a medium sized dog with a large chest at a good price. This one just does the job so I won't be returning it, although there is room for improvement to get more accurate measurements.
