Review on Refurbished Dell ChromeBook 11 - Intel Celeron 2955U, 4GB RAM, 16GB SSD, Webcam, HDMI, 11.6-inch HD Screen (1366x768) by Michael Daniels

These Dell Chrome Books are really good! We gave them to our boys aged 13 and 11 for Christmas. They use them for homework and games! This is the only game they actually play but can't play on this Chromebook because it doesn't have windows. I think Rowblocks is the name of the game! Rschunimagu. About two months after receiving the books, we noticed that they don't charge and they can only be used when plugged into the mains. We contacted the company and sent them back, and two weeks later they sent them to Famous Books. They work great! It turned out that both books had bad batteries. Customer service was great and I will definitely buy from them again!
