I put this memory in an HP Pavilion 23-h024 that my parents bought a few years ago. It only comes with 8GB (everyone always runs out of storage), leaving the slot open. About a year ago, an SSD was installed, which greatly increased its speed. The memory upgrade was most noticeable when opening programs/loading games. I'm running Skyrim with about 100 mods with no problems. I have received the ordered product. Those few reviews you read where people say "I didn't get the product" - don't let that stop you from making this deal. It's at a great price.
