Triclosan is the original reason consumers started purchasing the Total 24 line of products. The seller is trying to capitalize on this by looking for the original formula. This seller sends alternative formulas in hopes that buyers will be too busy to return or not notice the SWITCH. Formula SF does not promise to fight gingivitis or bacteria like Formula 24 did.
