I like their customer service department! They reply quickly if you have any questions/ concerns throughout all steps of working closely together via email & phone calls (as well as having an amazing staff team)! Their turnaround can be rather slow for projects that go over 2 weeks sometimes but in these times it's easy enought just keep track without them getting too busy - so no worries there!! If they offer what is necessary then great otherwise don't waste money unless really looking forward tot he project completion or results from beginning-to end assistance offered by FASntech MEDIA :) We were going through some website maintenance work done which was not only needed however very beneficial towards improving my own site. I've been using fasttech for over 2 years now as my primary website host along side of Bluehost (formerly Hostgator). They have never let me down in that time period nor did they ever make costly errors during their service or support contract terms which is something you always want when it comes hosting! Sometimes it can be difficult getting answers from customer services but once we figured out how things worked together everything ran very smoothly!!
