Works well but height cannot be adjusted

The closed top of the foot didn't allow full height adjustment on my low Singer stem so I bought another foot with a shorter open top over the steerer bolt which allowed the foot to be fully adjusted. at the top of the shaft. Maybe a design of my (cheap old) Singer. The shank is thickened too close above the mounting screw.

Pros

Low Shank Quilting Foot: The ruler quilting foot is made of durable metal and has cut outs on the front and left side for a good view of the needle area.
