Review on XpertHR by Tony Francis

The features are easy for a new user like me who is not familiar with this particular software but as you go along it gets easier if you have some experience of using such softwares in general or any other program that uses similar functions like Microsoft word etc. I think there should be more training provided to give an introduction about how things will look after they get used to them which would solve most problems encountered during first use. This could help users understand what features do best suit their needs at all times while keeping up-to date with latest technology trends. It's good tool to manage employee records especially when managing large database. The best thing about xperthr is that it has all of my employees information in one place which makes keeping track easy! I also love how they have made tracking employee hours super simple with their new time tracker feature!! Sometimes when you are trying to find an item or something similar there isn't much help but if someone was looking for anything specific (like me) then this would be perfect. It's very helpful having everything at once instead of searching through multiple files/websites etc..
