I've been looking for something better but it was just a temporary place for now could I buy a big fancy aquarium for my turtle. I've been using it for two weeks. I just walked into my living room with a wet carpet and my turtle is in an empty tank with a dry shell. I must have entered the room shortly after because the turtle was fine. my normal work schedule often consists of 12 and 24 hour shifts, but luckily i had the time off. I guess what I'm saying is that I consider it my blessing that I didn't come back from work on the dead turtle. I think that sooner or later I will find a more suitable place for them. This plastic thing belongs in the trash.
