Good motor, rubber mounts for noise reduction, well balanced fan

I actually removed the fan motor and fan from the plastic housing and put them in the original plastic frame like the original Mercedes motor which failed to bolt on. Both plastic engine cases had rubber mounts to isolate the frame from engine vibration, including the one that contained this new engine. The fan is also perfectly balanced, nothing creaks, vibrates etc.
