Review on Mainstay Professional by Charles Phillips

The software is easy to use and the customer service is good. The software is not very intuitive if you're new to the software. The customer service is also not the best. I had a problem with a reservation and the customer service was very slow to respond to my request. They did not show me how to log in to the website so I had to ask another employee how to do it. This was not very helpful at all. The other issue is that the customer service is not always there to help you with the software. I had to call them to get help troubleshooting an issue I was having with the software. Overall, it was not a good experience. I would not recommend using the software. I am contacting my reservation department through a different software.
