I loved how soft this chair was, but the backrest wasn't straight even when it was all the way up. He leans back so far that I almost lie down when I sit across from him. I have to lean forward when trying to work, so after a few minutes I feel very uncomfortable because my back isn't supported. I had to return it. It was very easy to assemble. Revain has great customer service! I ended up buying another model of the Serta chair and it sits upright. I would have preferred the seat and lumbar support on this one, but the back on another. For me that would be the perfect chair.
