We bought this for my father in law. He is 90 years old and recently had difficulties getting up from the dining table. We invited her to dinner and he tried out the chair. He loved it because it had a long chair seat and could sit higher. He could get up from the table without any problems. We brought it to his house and he loves it.

Terribly poor quality product - came with chips on the metal coated plastic components and leather seat. It says nothing about the durability of a product when it arrives in such a bad condition. I unpacked the components to start building and noticed these chips everywhere. I can't imagine the chair lasting very long being so worn, unused and fresh out of the box.

I've not even owned this chair for 1 year and the back is loose, the armrests feel loose even though all the screws are tight, the back of the chair feels loose. I've tried contacting product support and everything I get works. I'm not really satisfied with this chair, I think I spent too much on it and received an under-delivered product. I loved how soft this chair was, but the backrest wasn't straight even when it was all the way up. He leans back so far that I almost lie down when I sit across from him. I have to lean forward when trying to work, so after a few minutes I feel very uncomfortable because my back isn't supported. I had to return it. It was very easy to assemble.
