New update from 08/19/21. The ceiling fan started shaking and making strange noises. We removed it twice to find out what it was and used wd40. Helped a little, not much. Worked great for a few weeks but same problem as others. It's even worse because it's outside the 30 day return window after waiting for the missing blades. Very disappointing for the waste of time and money. Now I have to look around and buy a new one. Original post: I was really excited about this product as the blades could be connected to Alexa and had a modern look. There was also a great discount coupon. Unfortunately there were no blades in the box. The only way to contact SMAAIR is to leave a message in their mailbox. SMAAIR responded within 24 hours and sent me the fan blades with a FedEx tracking number. They arrived in about a week. It was easy to install, took about 45 minutes and one person. The remote synchronized quickly according to the instructions. I was able to easily download the app to my iPhone and set it up quickly with Alexa too. Works and looks great! Would definitely buy again.
