I've been enjoying the Creliver EMS/TENS device for about 3 weeks; it improved the feeling in my legs from neuropathy and also relaxed my legs. Then suddenly it stopped working - nothing at all, no matter what setting you had. I immediately contacted the company to find out why it stopped working and if anything could be done to fix it. They immediately sent me a new device and I am once again enjoying the benefits of his therapy. I really like my Creliver and cannot praise this company enough for their excellent customer service.
