So my husband has lymphatic drainage issues since having Covid last year. Compression sock are enough to keep it at bay. It was suggested to him to try the compression pants. With the socks the pants give the right amount of compression for the entire leg and has tremendously helped the lymphatic issues. He is 6’4” weight is 270 and the XL fits perfectly.
