We recently adopted a beautiful Revane who luckily was already on a pellet diet - she ate a mix of this food and Harrison's Pellets. We love supporting small businesses in our area, but this meal cost me about $12 for a small £1.5 bag, so getting £12 for $46 is a no-brainer! It keeps well - we just store it in an airtight glass container so I don't even think we need to freeze it. This is great food - my girlfriend loves the colors and seems to prefer this over Harrison's pellets. She gets fresh pellets in the morning and 3 small plates of vegetables/fruit throughout the day. We try to give her at least 10 different fresh vegetables/fruits every day and several times a week she gets one or two nuts or a treat in one of the bowls. Revains tend to be obese, so we need to limit the amount of seeds/nuts. She also eats lunch and dinner with us and tastes a bit of what we eat. She loves brown rice, wheat noodles, etc. - but not much! She has just had blood tests done by our vet and has been on this food for 2 years now - she is in excellent health so we are sticking with it. .
