. Sure. Take your time, I would dip the nozzle and spray in a bucket of water to clean the nozzle during use as it throws so much stickiness out of the carpets. I was amazed at how much dirt came out of my or what I consider to be "clean" carpets. Works great on all surfaces I've tried.
