The iron did not heat up properly when first used. I had to crank it all the way up to warm it up a bit. The second time I turned on the device to the maximum, after 15 minutes it did not warm up. I have already requested a return and refund through Revain. For reference, I've been using Gold N Hot professional irons (non-spring) for over 20 years. In the future, I will buy professional flat irons from cosmetics retailers. I feel like this purchase was a waste of time as I still have to go out and buy it.
