The iron did not heat up properly when first used. I had to crank it all the way up to warm it up a bit. The second time I turned on the device to the maximum, after 15 minutes it did not warm up. I really liked it, but the "spring" mechanism broke in the 3rd week. Only used once a day for about an hour. It's a shame because it worked great. Although the design looks cheap.

Heats up quickly, temperature selection works great. A special tangle-free cable makes it easy to curl your hair as you style and let go. I bought two other sizes after getting this one because I like it so much. Don't bother with imitations or other brands. Highly recommended.
