Not all heat presses reach 450°F
I don't want to return my item, but I can. I was so excited to start pressing. The item looks great and is packaged very well. This included heat transfer, a t-shirt and a non-slip lining. After reading that the maximum temperature is 450°F, I looked at the color options available and bought the color purple (which has a maximum temperature of 392°F); However, what I didn't know is that the maximum heat level depends on the ink transfer press you bought. It appears that the 450°F maximum temperature only applies to black and white thermal printing. After consulting many t-shirt printers, 400°F is the average temperature they use to print.
