Review on ๐Ÿ”ฅ Kiwi Design VR Stand: Versatile Black Holder for Oculus Quest 2/Quest/Rift/Rift S/GO/HTC Vive/Vive Pro/Valve Index VR Headset and Touch Controllers by Anthony Epps

Not as good as tacos.

Exactly the same as the TNE stand I bought as a replacement. Since they're almost certainly from the same manufacturer, so if you're looking for a business idea, here's one: start your own VR shop. While this booth seems reasonable, TNE's booth was clearly from a bad batch and shattered like the dreams of a VR enthusiast hoping to get their headset in the same millennium as the pre-order. However, this one is at least spared the goofy '90s-style logo that TNE makes (but which you probably rarely see). Those are the little things in life. I also have a stand from AMVR which is not quite the same and appears to be of excellent design and construction. I'd take it if I needed a different one, but the differences are actually pretty minor. Revane invites me to discuss thickness, transparency and value for money, so here it is: my son-in-law is thicker (also denser), my curtains are sheer - or would be "construction blinds" if I had them FTW and fast food tacos are undeniably the best value.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
