The plastic inlet on the pump will not fit a 2002-2006 2.4L CRV. It points downwards and cannot be repositioned so that the existing tank hose can be connected. You must save and reuse the fitting on your existing PS pump. Also, due to the reuse of the old fitting, a new o-ring is required for the old fitting, which is not supplied with the pump. Otherwise the pump fits and works perfectly (2005 CRV).
