The plastic screen protector that comes with the case is too thin and too wide to fit the phone's screen. Instead of providing two screen protectors, they have to spend money and upgrade the quality of just one screen protector. The screen protector is too big to fit properly. Air pockets on all sides. It needs to be trimmed about 1/16 inch for a proper and better fit. Also, it's too thin to provide real screen protection. I put a replacement screen protector on the old phone and dropped it on purpose, but unfortunately the old phone's screen was cracked, so as far as I can tell the screen protector is useless as it doesn't provide any screen protection I have no complaints about the frame as it fits perfectly.
