This piece was exactly what I need to go with a variety of sleeveless dresses and rompers. The fabric is fairly soft cotton out of the box and I expect will soften with washing. It has a tight weave that does not appear like it will shrink with washing (time will tell). It is really flattering as well. I am just shy of 5'9" and about 147 pounds.
