Bought this as an emergency so my business could survive for a few days while our regular PDC bits were damaged or outstanding. Let me just say I didn't think the Aman piece would last. with Leitz or Onsrud. Let me tell you that there is magic in this piece. On a Weeke 5x12 CNC machine we process chipboard with black melamine liner on both sides, as well as MDF with the same. I demo this bit at 12-14 meters per minute and rotate it at 20,000. I expected to get at best 100-150 sheets before the cut quality deteriorated. I have 500 sheets on a bit. absolutely selected and still sharp and cutting. Another thing that may improve the life of this tool is my use of bridge cutting where the tool doesn't come out of the cut for each piece but stays in depth as it cuts the socket. However, this is an impressive statistic for this tool.
