I love how easy it is to use, both in its web version as well an app! It's also very user friendly if you're new at this business (or even someone who has been around awhile). The customer service support can be hit or miss sometimes but they are always willing/able help with any questions we have during our training process of using their software system - which makes us feel like clients first priority instead being just another number when trying out different programs from other companies that don't care about your needs either after sales services etc..
